Where we ship
Posters and prints can be shipped both within Australia and internationally. We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for prints & posters.
Orders are carefully packaged and sent in sturdy cardboard tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be processed and delivered.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to get your order to you within 10–21 business days.
Order Tracking
We ship with express registered post. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are dependent on the country of destination, are beyond our control and may cause delays. We work with trusted carriers to minimise delays but are not liable for any customs or fees.

We take great care when packing your artwork. If your print arrives damaged in any way, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll happily replace it, free of charge. If your print arrives damaged please contact me at hello@amandakettererart.com
Missing or Lost Packages
To ensure your package’s safe delivery, a signature will be required upon receipt. This is automatically selected at shipment. If your piece gets lost or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund. An item is considered lost if there is no record of it after 28 days and it is confirmed missing by the postal carrier.
