PRINT FAQs
 

• Canvas prints are measured from the edge of the actual image and have an additional solid colour border, all around, to enable the canvas can wrap around the frame when stretched.
     

• Paper prints are measured by paper size and come with a 5cm white border.
   

• When will I receive my print?  Prints are made to order so please allow 2-4 weeks for your custom-made print to be shipped.  You will receive a tracking number from my shipping agent within this time frame.
   

• All limited edition prints are printed locally to Melbourne.  Prints on canvas can be stretched and framed ready to hang and delivered within Australia.  To save on shipping costs all overseas orders will be shipped rolled in a cylinder tube.  You can then take them to your local framer to be stretched and framed should you choose.

  Though it is tempting to peep I do recommend that you keep your art print in the cylinder tube and take this to your framer.

• Print refunds & returns - All prints are made to order and therefore cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged simply for change of mind. All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process.  In the unlikely event of your delivery being damaged in transit , please photograph the packaging before opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged print inside.  Send images to amandakettererart@gmail.com and I will replace your print with an identical one.
