ORIGINAL PAINTINGS
Original works created in the studio — each one a unique expression of colour, story and feeling.
These paintings are where my ideas unfold most freely. They are built layer by layer, guided by intuition, memory and atmosphere. Each piece holds its own world — inspired by home, nature, and the emotional landscapes we carry through life.
COLLECTIONS
Rather than organising my work by series or date, I group my paintings into emotional collections — each one exploring a different feeling, atmosphere or sense of place.
DREAMS MADE VISIBLE
These paintings began, as many of my works do, with a feeling.
A colour combination I couldn't stop thinking about. A memory. A moment of wonder. A sense of possibility that lingered long enough to find its way onto the canvas.
For me, painting is often about making the invisible visible—giving shape to things that are felt rather than explained. Through layers of colour, botanical forms, and intuitive mark-making, these pieces explore the space between imagination and reality, where dreams slowly become something we can see, hold, and live alongside.
Together, this collection is a celebration of possibility, beauty, and the quiet magic of bringing something imagined into the world.
A WORLD OF OUR OWN
In a time when the outside world can feel loud and heavy, this collection offers something gentler— a space to come home to yourself.
A World of Our Own is about growing what’s true, even if no one else sees it yet.
It’s about softness that isn’t weakness,
joy that doesn’t need permission,
and the quiet power of living life in full colour
on your own terms.
Each painting is a small rebellion against shrinking, a love letter to emotion, imagination,
and the gardens we carry inside us.
ESSENCE & FORM
This collection came together slowly, over different seasons of the year. Some pieces were painted in moments of stillness, others in bursts of energy — each carrying its own rhythm and emotion. Though they weren’t all created with one clear theme in mind, they naturally belong together through the same thread of colour, balance, and quiet strength that runs through everything I make.
Each painting begins as a search for balance: between light and dark, order and chaos, control and surrender. I work intuitively, following colour and form where they lead, letting the surface build its own rhythm. Within this process, moments of imperfection — a stray brush mark, an unplanned texture, a colour shift — often become the most honest parts of the piece. They remind me that beauty is rarely found in precision, but in the human touch that reveals itself through time and process.
WHERE WILD FLOWERS DANCE
Where Wild Flowers Dance explores how, even in darkness, beauty endures and the light shines through. Inspired by the loss of our friend, these paintings hold both grief and gratitude, echoing the way love lingers long after a season has changed. Like wildflowers, we turn toward the sun, reaching beyond sorrow, finding ways to bloom even when the ground feels unsteady. Stories continue, and the light always finds a way through the cracks.
WHERE WILD FLOWERS BLOOM
In this collection flowers are symbolic of women. Wildflowers, in their natural beauty and resilience, represent the diverse, unrestrained spirit of women. Each piece in this exhibition explores the various stages of growth, strength, and the inherent beauty of femininity.
Just as wildflowers thrive in unexpected places, often defying the odds and flourishing in the harshest conditions, women, too, demonstrate remarkable resilience and strength. The exhibition aims to celebrate this spirit, highlighting how women bloom and flourish despite challenges, nurturing their beauty and individuality.
"Where Wild Flowers Bloom" invites viewers to appreciate the vibrant, untamed essence of women, capturing their unique journeys and the power of their presence in the world. The art pieces collectively tell stories of growth, transformation, and the enduring strength of women, much like wildflowers that continue to bloom in their own extraordinary ways.
