I am happy to accept your returns within Australia once I am advised within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only valid when I am notified in advance and the item is returned to me within 28 days. Please email me at amandakettererart@gmail.com to advise of return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition at the cost of the customer.  Returns will be credited once received and returns policy adhered to.  I am unable to accept returns from international orders.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, I am here to help. Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery by emailing me at amandakettererart@gmail.com, along with clear photos of the damage and your order details.

I will happily replace or refund items that:

• Arrive damaged in transit

• Are faulty or not as described
  ​

Once the items have been returned replacements will be sent.
