Thank you for your purchase from Amanda Ketterer Studio. We want you to love your new artwork, and we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and as described. Please read below for our returns and exchange terms.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully, especially for custom stretched or framed prints, as each piece is made to order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, I am here to help. Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery by emailing me at hello@amandakettererart.com, along with clear photos of the damage and your order details.
I will happily replace or refund items that:

Arrive damaged in transit

Are faulty or not as described
I may need to request that the item be returned before issuing a replacement or refund. Return postage for faulty or damaged items will be covered by us.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Please note that custom orders, including stretched or framed prints, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty, as these are made specifically for you.
