RETURNS POLICY
I want you to feel happy and confident when purchasing artwork for your home. If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch and I will always do my best to help.
RETURNS (AUSTRALIA)
Returns are accepted for Australian orders if I am notified within 14 days of delivery.
To arrange a return, please email amandakettererart@gmail.com before sending the item back.
Returned items must:

be sent back within 28 days of delivery

be in perfect condition

be returned in the original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Every order is carefully packaged, however if your artwork arrives damaged in transit please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the damage and packaging so I can arrange a replacement or solution.
INTERNATIONAL. ORDERS
At this time I am unable to accept returns on international orders, unless the item arrives damaged.
